Adding a booking link.
The booking link is the URL a venue's talent buyer or a festival programmer taps when they want to book you. It powers the Book button on your artist page and the contact section in your EPK. Two minutes to set up.
Updated May 16, 2026
Why
One URL, every booking inquiry.
Without a booking link, an interested buyer has to dig through your socials looking for a contact email. With one, they tap one button.
The link lives on your public artist page, in your EPK's contact section, and in the auto-generated press PDF. Anywhere a booker would look for "how do I reach this artist", your link is the answer.
Where
Add it on your artist page.
It is a row in the edit panel, on the page itself. Three taps.
- 1Open your artist page at
/a/<slug>while signed in as its owner. Edit page sits in the corner (or in the gutter beside the page on a wide screen). - 2Open it and find Booking link under Details.
- 3Paste your booking URL, then save. The Book button appears on your public page immediately — you are looking at the page while you edit it.
Validation
What we accept (and what we don't).
To protect bookers from broken links and phishing pages, we restrict the booking link to two URL schemes.
- https:// URLs. Any normal web URL. We block
http://(insecure) andjavascript:(obvious reasons). - mailto: URLs. If your booking workflow is just an email address, paste
mailto:booking@yourname.com. The Book button opens an email draft to that address.
Warning
UX
Where the Book button appears.
Three places. Same URL, different surfaces.
- On your artist page — prominent CTA at the top of
/a/<slug>. Visible to anyone who visits. - On your EPK — In the contact section of
/a/<slug>/press, after the bio and photos. - In the EPK PDF — As a clickable footer link on every page of the PDF. So if a booker prints your EPK and circles it on paper, the digital version still has the link a tap away.
Tip
Best practices
What to link to.
Some options, ordered roughly by booker preference.
- A dedicated booking email. e.g.
mailto:booking@yourband.com. The most-trusted option for bookers. Set up a forwarding alias so multiple band members can see the queue. - A booking agency / management. Their email or contact page. Standard for any artist past a certain touring scale.
- A structured form. Airtable, Typeform, Calendly. Good if you get a lot of inquiries and want to keep them organized. Pre-fill the form with the booker's venue + date if your form supports query-string params.
- Your own website's booking page. If you have one. Lets you set the tone before a buyer reads the details.
